Return Bender Machine - CR2T

The Return Bender Machine Mod. CR2T is a machine used to make a product called “RETURN BENDS”.

Starting from coil, the tube is straightend, bend (to 180° - fixed radius) and cut, through a rotating saw blade with chip removal - all in a completely automatic working cycle. it can work one or more tubes at the same time.

The complete cycle time is of 5-7 sec, according to the thickness of the material, the number of pipe to cut and the bending radius.

The machine bends central line radii equal to the tube diameter.
E.g. For copper tubes Ø20x1 mm the CR2T can bend CLR 20 mm.
