PUNCHING UNIT MTS 22 + UPP 10

The MTS 22 Modular is a machinery used to straighten and cut, with an orbital system copper, aluminium, light alloys and steel tubes. The particular pneumatic pull-apart cutting system, thanks to its high power, gurantees burr-free and chipless cuts.
The major advantages are the rapid suting to different tube diameters and an exclusive system for bringing the cutting knife to the required depth in a very short time.

The MTS 22 "MODULAR" has been studied to be easily coupled with a vast range of optional operative units which permit the machine to be used for a number of specific jobs in different fields: airconditioning, heating, refrigeration, solar heat, automotive and domestic components.

In this case the MTS is coupled with a punching unit mod. UPP 10, to cut and punch the tube making “collets”, in automatic mode.

The collet is performed with a special tool and is internal.
