Multi product Work Cell for Harps, Serpentines, Vacuum Solar panels

This is a multi product Work Cell for the manufacture of hydraulic tubing as Harps, Serpentines, Meanders, Vacuum Solar panels - Mod. SER 121 + ITP 1500 + MTS + PNC 16.

The fully automatic Work Cell starts from coils and calibrate, staighten, cut and end-form (when required) the light alloys tubes that will be automatically brought to the further transformation: 

- to the Serpentine Bender machine mod. SER 121, to produce serpentines (meanders);
- to the Punching Machine mod. ITP 1500, to produce punched tubes (collectors);
- to the Unloading Hopper mod. TRM 03, for straight tubes or risers (pinched ends).
